It had a family atmosphere and provided good service. The rooms where huge and good sized with smoke detectors for our safety. The hotel's staff was very very helpful. Location: the property was close enough to convenient stores, the airport, and market and restaurants.

The Japanese Apartment features a modern design and clever use of shoji screens for ample natural light. A well-equipped kitchenette provided practical convenience for preparing quick meals.
The bed was noticeably firm, possibly a challenge for those who prefer softer sleeping surfaces. Some charging ports near the bed didn't work consistently, which could be a hassle if you're reliant on them for devices. The television placement made it difficult to view from the bed, limiting relaxation options after a long day. A smart TV with a broader selection of international channels would enhance the experience for non-Japanese speakers.

Our stay with friends was fantastic! The room was clean and modern. We visited Ueno Park and the National Museum, highlights of our trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we felt right at home.
One downside was that there weren't many facilities on-site, so we had to find alternative options for certain amenities like a gym.

The Japanese Apartment was really nice! I loved the modern design and the shoji screens that let in plenty of light. Plus, it was spacious enough for our family. The super nice team . The bed was a little firm for my liking, tough to get comfy at night.
